What this policy covers
This policy explains how SerionFlow handles personal information when you use our website, app, and connected workflows. “Personal information” means data that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you, such as your account email or billing details.
Account and billing
When you sign up or manage a subscription, we process information such as your name, email address, login identifiers, workspace membership, plan details, and messages you send to support. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on SerionFlow servers.
Project and site information
To run scans, drafts, publishing, and reporting, we process the domains and project settings you provide, along with related outputs such as crawl results, keywords, templates, page statuses, sitemaps, and deployment configuration. This is the data needed to deliver the product not a separate marketing profile of your visitors.
Connected services
If you choose to connect tools such as Google Search Console, GitHub, Vercel, or Cloudflare, we use the access you grant to complete the workflow you requested (for example syncing performance data or applying a route). You can disconnect integrations in the product where available, and you can revoke access in the third-party service at any time.
Product reliability and account safety
Like most online services, we keep limited technical records such as sign-in activity, device and browser type, and error reports to operate SerionFlow, fix bugs, and help keep accounts secure. We do not use these records to build advertising profiles.
How we use information
We use personal information to provide and improve SerionFlow, authenticate users, run your projects, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, meet legal obligations, and protect the service from misuse. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We work with trusted infrastructure and software partners that process data on our behalf,for example hosting, authentication, payments, email delivery, product analytics, search and SEO data services, and AI providers when you use AI features. They may only use the data needed to perform their role for SerionFlow. A current list of categories and key providers is available on request at contact@serionflow.com.
How long we keep information
We retain information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward when needed for billing, support, security, backups, or legal compliance. When data is no longer required, we delete it or remove identifying details where practical.
Your choices
You can update account details in the app, disconnect integrations, and manage optional cookies in Cookie Settings. To access, correct, export, or delete personal information or to ask a question about this policy,email contact@serionflow.com. For your protection, we may confirm your identity before changing account-level data.
AI-assisted features
Some features use third-party AI models to analyze sites, suggest content, or answer product questions. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, so please review drafts before publishing, especially for regulated or high-stakes topics. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information through AI features unless you intend to and it fits your own policies.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the service, product analytics to improve and secure the platform, and optional cookies for preferences or marketing when you opt in. Details are in our Cookie Policy and Cookie Settings.
International users
SerionFlow is operated from the United States. Your information may be processed in the U.S. and in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by our vendors (such as standard contractual terms).
Children
SerionFlow is built for businesses and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required where you live). If you believe a child provided us personal information, contact contact@serionflow.com and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
Privacy rights by region
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access or receive a copy, to correct inaccurate data, to delete certain data, to restrict or object to some processing, or to opt out of certain uses such as targeted advertising where that applies.
