Workspace standard
SerionFlow is built around human review before publication. If your company has stricter brand or compliance rules, follow those internal standards first.
Before you add a site
Make sure your role (or your client agreement) allows SerionFlow to read the site and sitemap data for SEO workflows. When in doubt, get written approval from the site owner.
Workspace ownership
Workspace owners manage projects, billing, team access, and integrations. Keep membership current and remove people who no longer need access.
Publishing decisions
Treat generated pages as drafts until reviewed. Only users authorized for your business should publish, pause, delete pages, submit sitemaps, or change routing.
Connected accounts
Connect only Search Console properties, repositories, hosting projects, and domains you are allowed to administer.
Permission to analyze your sites
By adding a domain or project, you confirm you may allow SerionFlow to read and analyze that site for the workflows you run (structure, sitemaps, templates, recommendations). If a client site, contract, or robots policy restricts automated access, do not add it until you have permission.
How site data is used
Site reading powers scans, opportunity research, templates, routing checks, and recommendations. Project data stays within your workspace and is not shared with other customers.
Working as a team
Do not share credentials broadly, bypass review steps, or use SerionFlow in ways that harm other users or the quality of search results.
Content standards
Your organization is responsible for accuracy, brand fit, intellectual property, privacy statements on published pages, and any regulated-industry claims.
Your data choices
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information at contact@serionflow.com. In the app, you can delete pages and disconnect integrations where those controls exist.
