What SerionFlow provides
SerionFlow is software for website scanning, SEO research, AI-assisted page generation, editorial review, deployment routing, sitemaps, Google Search Console workflows, and related reporting. Use it only for websites, domains, repositories, and accounts you are allowed to manage.
Your account
Keep login credentials secure, invite only people who should have access, and remove users when they leave your team. You decide what gets published,you are responsible for the final content, metadata, claims, pages, and routes that go live.
Review before publishing
Drafts and recommendations can be incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for regulated topics. Please review and edit before publishing, especially for legal, financial, health, safety, employment, or reputation-sensitive content.
Connected services
When you connect Google Search Console, Vercel, GitHub, Cloudflare, or billing tools, SerionFlow uses that connection only for the workflow you request. You can disconnect in the product where available, and revoke access in the third-party service anytime.
Fair use of the platform
Do not use SerionFlow for unlawful content, deceptive SEO, spam, impersonation, malware, sites you are not authorized to work on, or attempts to bypass search, hosting, or payment platform rules. More detail is in our Acceptable Use page.
Plans and limits
Quotas, features, and integration access depend on your subscription tier. We may adjust limits when needed to keep the service reliable or to comply with partner platform rules.
Availability and updates
We aim for reliable uptime, but maintenance, third-party outages, or product changes can occasionally affect access. We may update features, policies, and these terms as SerionFlow evolves.
Who can use SerionFlow
You must be at least the age of majority where you live (and at least 18 where applicable). By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Payments and refunds
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation in the Billing area (Stripe Customer Portal). Taxes may apply based on your location. Refund questions are covered in our Refund Policy.
Your content and our license
You keep ownership of your websites and customer-facing content. You grant SerionFlow a limited license to host, process, and display project data solely to provide and secure the service.
Disclaimers
SerionFlow is provided as-is. Search results depend on many factors outside our control. See the Disclaimer page for more on AI output, rankings, and third-party platforms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SerionFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to fees you paid SerionFlow in the twelve months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Governing law
SerionFlow operates from the United States. These terms are governed by Delaware law, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.
Ending your access
You may stop using SerionFlow anytime and request account deletion at contact@serionflow.com. We may suspend or end access if an account poses a security risk, violates these terms, or fails to pay. We will generally try to resolve issues with you first when practical.
